Bio's: About Me

Dalton Johnson - Personal Trainer

MS - Applied Kinesiology, BS - Health and Human Performance - Minor in Strength and Conditioning

Dalton has had a passion for weight training and fitness since he was in middle school, and that passion only grew as he got into high school; even getting his name put up on the weight room wall at his high school for achieving a squat, bench, and deadlift totaling 1,000+ pounds.

This passion led Dalton to attend UW-Whitewater, where he earned his bachelor’s in Human Performance with a Strength and Conditioning minor.  He then continued at UW-Whitewater and attained a master’s degree in Applied Kinesiology in December of 2024.

During his undergraduate career, Dalton competed in Olympic Weightlifting, for which he made two University National appearances and two U25 National qualifications.  Additionally, Dalton interned at UW-Whitewater with the track and field team in the weight room for just over four years during his time at UW-Whitewater, and spent the summer of 2022 interning with the University of Minnesota’s Athletic Performance department.  Dalton has also spent time working in the weight room for both Milton High School and Janesville-Craig High School.

Dalton has a deep love for fitness and using the weight room to improve, and wants to share this with as many people as possible.  By helping others set, achieve, and surpass their goals, Dalton hopes to bring a love for the gym to others that he has himself.
